Colour: Translucent with high adhesion PU coated coppered steel spiral
Temperature range: -40°C +90°C (+125°C short time)

Features: Ester based Polyurethane duct reinforced with a TPU coated high adhesion steel spiral.

Totally smooth inside to ensure optimization of flow properties. Constant Wall thickness of 1,5 mm through all the diameter range

Strong but light and flexible, it’s suitable to heavy duty applications where a very good abrasion resistance is required thanks to a specially compounded polyurethane  50% more resistant to abrasion of conventional TPU.

Resistant to mineral oils, ageing, atmospherical agents, ozone and to most chemicals. Free of Halogen and Phthalates, with raw materials  in accordance to REACH and conform to RoHS Regulations.

NEXT 15 is made by a special TPU that combines different properties which make the wall material permanent antistatic ((109Ohm) and resistant to UV. Thanks to the excellent quality of compound used, the hose is more resistant to hydrolysis than a conventional Ester-based TPU hose. It can be conductive (10 2 Ohm) by grounding  the spiral.

Applications:

passage of highly abrasive granulates, pellets and chips. For granulate conveying systems in the plastic industry, industrial vacuum cleaners, printing machines and for gaseous and liquid media.
